Today’s families are usually not together during the day. If the contact information in your Family Emergency Plan is at home when you and other family members are not, it’s not going to be useful and may result in chaos and confusion when trying to get back together after an emergency situation occurs.

Download and print these Emergency Cards for each family member to have with them. Besides the all-important contact information, there’s space to add other information that could be useful to first responders, rescue workers, or that particular family member.
